Women in the Arena began as something deeply personal.
After years of watching extraordinary women do remarkable things while their stories went largely unseen, Audra created the podcast to give those women a place to be heard.
What she didn’t expect was how much those conversations would change her.
More than 160 conversations later, Audra’s curiosity has shifted from simply what women have accomplished to how they think, what they know, the decisions that shaped them, what they stopped believing, and what they’re still reaching toward.
Her work is grounded in a simple belief: women don’t need to be polished into inspirational stories to be extraordinary. They can be brilliant and uncertain. Ambitious and complicated. Established and still evolving.
The focus here is not on proving value, but on deciding how to use it.
Women in the Arena reflects that evolution. What began as a platform for visibility is becoming something more: a place where stories can create connection, opportunity, and possibility.
WHERE WE’RE GOING
We started by making extraordinary women more visible.
Now we’re asking what becomes possible when visibility leads somewhere.
Women in the Arena is becoming a platform for connection. Between women who know something and people who need what they know. Between ambitious goals and people who may be able to open a door. Between stories and opportunities that wouldn’t otherwise have found each other.
We don’t know where every connection will lead. That’s part of the point.
Visibility is where we started. Connection is where we’re going.
