Together, We Rise with Marcia Davies

Marcia Davies is a veteran of the mortgage industry, an industry that has been historically dominated by male leaders.  As the COO of the Mortgage Bankers Association, it has become her passion to lift all voices.  It is that passion that inspired Marcia to create mPower, an organization dedicated to women to know and connect one another and become each others' best advocates.  It is this work that she has become known best, but today she allows a rare glimpse into her personal story.  Marcia tells a very vulnerable story of her journey to her current seat; the highs and lows, victories and sadness, fears and challenges.  Her lasting message to the audience is to be authentic, take chances and jump into things before you think you're ready.  It just might be your greatest adventure.
